New styles we have found that work well with custom orthotics and allow you to be comfortable while staying in style!
“This is a great shoe! The leather version is stronger than the mesh style, but that’s obvious. This shoe is built for the mild over-pronator, but can easily be neutralized with the addition of a simply lateral heel wedge. It is comfortable and holds up great for at least a year of everyday wear, maybe longer.”
“This is a nice sandal. It has a removable footbed so a custom orthotic can go in it’s place. Not all of their sandals and clogs do this. Of course it would need to be made cosmetically correct to look nice, but we can do that. Look for the Clarks sandals that say, “removable footbed”. But you do have to go up a half to a full size to get a great fit with Clarks, they just run short.”
“I can’t say enough about the men’s Clarks. They are simply comfortable. This one is a plain toe and easy to dress up or down. But you do have to go up a half to a full size to get a great fit with Clarks, they just run short.”
“AWE! Trotters! Now here is a company that makes a quality shoe and the sizes are usually very true to what you measure. I highly recommend this brand if you are a narrow fit. They really know how to make the narrow pattern work well.”
“Aetrex, you’ve probably never heard of them, but these are orthopedic shoes with style. The only issue is sometimes the insole that comes in the shoe needs to be switched or modified to work will with custom orthotics. But we can take care of that for you. No problem.”
“Aetrex, you’ve probably never heard of them, but these are orthopedic shoes with style. Men simply love these because they are classic style with orthopedic comfort. The only issue is sometimes the insole that comes in the shoe needs to be switched or modified to work will with custom orthotics. But we can take care of that for you. No problem.”
“Aravon is made by New Balance, so you can only imagine the comfort they deliver. Stylish dress shoes to casual walkers, to sandals. Aravon is great to fit the hard to fit foot. They offer extra depth with liners under the insoles that can be modified for the best fit ever. I love shoes like this! And they make a narrow width as well, which is not that easy to find these days.”
“Love this little water shoe for summer. Lot’s of colors, cinches for a great width fit, and can be used with your ezWalker custom orthotic if desired. Now this is a water shoe you can live in!”
“This little Mary Jane style is so comfortable you’ll want to wear it all the time. A nice thick sole guards again hard surfaces yet looks great with everyday work wear. If you’re a teacher who has recess duty, this is a great shoe.”
“Clarks does a nice job on all their shoes. Almost all of them will work with a 3/4 length orthotic device. And their soles are very forgiving against concrete. But the Un.loop just seems to be one that everyone likes. But you do have to go up a half to a full size to get a great fit with Clarks, they just run short.”
“Now here’s a wedge you can count on. The ankle strap of this shoe keeps in in place. Classic easy to wear 2″ heel is a go to shoe if you need to look professional. Trousers or skirts, it looks great!”
“This is a GREAT slipper/indoor shoe option and has a great price for the quality. I recommend it often. The sole is nice a grippy, it will easily accommodate your custom orthotic (especially our WalkEZstore custom orthotics), and comes in a wide variety of colors. Just go up 1/2 size to get a great fit.”
